1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and ASOCIACIÓN JUNIOR EMPRESA SYNKRO ("BackToLife", "we", "us", "our") that governs your access to and use of the BackToLife mobile application (the "App", "Service", "Application").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the BackToLife App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, access, or use the App.

BackToLife is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram), Google LLC (YouTube), or any of their subsidiaries or affiliated entities. Instagram and YouTube are trademarks of their respective owners.

BackToLife operates by modifying the presentation and functionality of third-party platforms within a WebView environment. This may infringe the Terms of Service of Instagram and YouTube. By using BackToLife, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

3. Eligibility and Account Requirements

You must meet the minimum age required by the platforms you access through BackToLife:

8. Subscriptions and Payments

8.1 Premium Subscription

BackToLife may offer paid subscription plans that provide access to premium features, additional functionality, or enhanced digital wellbeing tools within the App.

The specific features included in each subscription plan, the applicable price, billing period, renewal conditions, and any free trial period will be clearly displayed in the App before you complete your purchase.

8.2 Billing and Payment

Subscriptions are purchased and managed through the platform from which you downloaded the App, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, unless otherwise stated in the App.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable app store or payment provider to charge the applicable subscription fees using the payment method linked to your account.

We do not directly collect or store your full payment card details. Payments are processed by the applicable app store or payment provider in accordance with their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

8.3 Automatic Renewal

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

You will be charged for renewal within the period specified by the applicable app store or payment provider before the start of the next billing period.

You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not want to be charged for the next billing period.

8.4 Free Trials and Promotional Offers

We may offer free trials, introductory pricing, discounts, or promotional offers at our discretion.

If you start a free trial, you may be required to provide a valid payment method. Unless you cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription and you may be charged the applicable fee.

The availability, duration, and conditions of any free trial or promotional offer will be displayed before you subscribe.

8.5 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management settings of the platform where you purchased it.

Deleting your account, uninstalling the App, or ceasing to use the App does not automatically cancel your subscription.

After cancellation, you will generally retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period, unless the applicable app store or payment provider determines otherwise.

8.6 Refunds

Refund requests for subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are handled by Apple or Google respectively, in accordance with their refund policies.

We do not control app store refund decisions and cannot guarantee that a refund request will be accepted.

If you purchased a subscription through another payment provider, refund requests will be handled in accordance with the terms displayed at the time of purchase and applicable consumer protection laws.

8.7 Changes to Subscription Plans and Pricing

We may modify the features, pricing, or billing periods of our subscription plans from time to time.

When required by applicable law or the rules of the applicable app store or payment provider, we will provide notice before such changes take effect.

If you do not agree to a price or subscription change, you can cancel your subscription before the change applies.

8.8 Loss of Access for Non-Payment

If your payment fails, your payment method is declined, or your subscription expires or is cancelled, we may suspend or limit your access to premium features until a valid subscription is restored.

8.9 Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Section limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law, including EU consumer protection laws.

9. EU Consumer Rights

9.1 Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you download or purchase the App.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, such as an email to info@backtolife.site.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs where applicable, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

EXCEPTION: If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, such as immediate access to premium features, you may lose your right of withdrawal or you may be charged for the services provided up to the date of withdrawal.
